Find where AI will make the biggest difference to your business.
The answer is in your people, your systems, and the way work gets done. We map all three to find where AI and automation will earn their place, then build the employment and data protection compliance around it, so you adopt AI with your business and your people protected.
Your business has grown. The processes underneath it have not.
The knowledge of how things work sits in a few people's heads. Your product and customer information lives in spreadsheets that have been patched for years. Quotes, reports, and presentations get built by hand, every time.
AI is probably already in the building. One or two teams use it daily. Everyone else is barely touching it, and nobody has written down what is allowed, what data can go where, or who is accountable when it goes wrong.
What is missing is not awareness of AI. It is a clear picture of where it would make the biggest difference, and the governance to adopt it safely.
Two workstreams, one engagement.
Adopting AI is a technology decision and a people decision at the same time. We run both as one engagement, by the same team, so what you adopt and how you protect your people while you adopt it are worked out together.
AI strategy and opportunity
A structured review of how your business operates. We talk to your people across every department, map the workflows and the systems behind them, and identify where AI and automation will help. Every recommendation is grounded in what your team told us. Delivered as a prioritised roadmap with indicative costs against each item, so you know what every opportunity is worth before you commit to it.
HR and employment compliance
Whether your business can adopt AI safely. Employment law, GDPR and data protection records, supplier oversight, and the governance around any AI that touches people or their data. Delivered as a findings log with prioritised actions and named owners. The time AI frees up is reinvested in your people rather than used to cut headcount.
How we work.
Every engagement runs the same way. We learn how your business works from the people who do the work, turn what we hear into a roadmap you can challenge, and hand over findings you can act on. The systems review and the compliance review run side by side, so nothing gets recommended that cannot be adopted safely. Six to eight weeks from kickoff to roadmap.

Design
Findings become a draft roadmap. You see it first, challenge it, and add what we missed.
Deliver
The final roadmap and compliance findings, presented to your team in your own client portal, with a follow-up to agree what happens next.
What you get.
Everything lives in your client portal, so the assessment stays useful long after we have left.
Live findings
Your whole assessment in an interactive portal rather than a document. How the business runs today, where the opportunities are, what each one is worth, and who told us. It updates as decisions get made, so it is never out of date.
Prioritised roadmap
What to do, in what order, with an indicative cost against every item. Quick wins first, then the work that needs foundations in place. You choose what to take forward and when.
Compliance findings
Governance, employment law, data protection, and fairness, assessed against a fixed set of controls. Each finding has a priority, an action, and a named owner.
Training plan
How to build AI confidence across your team, built from your own findings rather than a generic course. Who needs what, in what order.
Presentation and follow-up
A working session with your team to walk through the findings and take questions, then a call to agree priorities.
Results.

The situation
A consultancy in a heavily regulated sector, with an average deal worth £40,000 and around forty enquiries a month. Every enquiry needed several follow-ups before the team had enough to quote. Time went on chasing, re-keying, and filtering out poor-fit leads, and good ones slipped through.
What we found
Six areas to improve, in order. The first was lead intake, because every problem further down started with incomplete information at the front door. On the compliance side, AI tools, including free public ones, were already in daily use ahead of any policy or oversight.
“We knew something needed to change and had no idea where to start. Within weeks we had a clear order of what to fix and why, on the AI side and the compliance side.”

Before you get in touch.
Is it just AI, or do you look at the rest of the business too?
The rest of the business first. If your CRM is a spreadsheet, we will not recommend layering AI on top of it. We look at people, systems, and processes, fix the foundations, then find where AI adds value.
Do we need the compliance workstream?
If you have staff and AI will go anywhere near their work or their data, yes. Most businesses we see already have AI in use ahead of any policy. This is what stops a good roadmap becoming an employment law problem six months later.
What size business do you work with?
From around 20 staff to a few hundred. The sweet spot is a growing business where operations have outgrown the systems supporting them.
What happens after the assessment?
You get the roadmap in your portal and decide what to take forward. Run it in-house, bring us in, or a mix. Nothing in the roadmap depends on you working with us again.
How much does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before anything starts, based on the size and complexity of your business. The discovery call is free.
We have tried AI tools and they did not stick. Why would this be different?
Because the tool was probably chosen before the problem was understood. We start with the assessment and only recommend what fits how your team works.
